To ‘humanise’ these environments, we are increasingly trying to create real windows, to introduce natural light and make them closer to ‘normal’ environments. In addition to creating these windows, artificial ones are created through the use of LED window stickers, appropriately shielded and made compatible with the MRI environment, embellished and made realistic with high resolution photographs of landscapes, skies and panoramas.
The window decals compatible with MRI environments, created thanks to special high-performance filters, are combined with multi-colour linear lighting systems. The latter contribute to coloring the diagnostic environment and making it curious and picturesque, thanks to the possibility of making these colors change between thousands of shades, according to programmed or personalized sequences.
Our LED mood lighting enhances the tranquil ambiance of your MR room. Research has shown that colors possess a soothing influence on human beings.
Typically these ‘chromotherapy’ are placed on the perimeter of the diagnostic rooms and contribute to ‘humanising’ these environments, together with the window decals already described. It is possible to make a choice between the images to be introduced in the window decals, choosing from very high resolution images in the catalogue.
We also create extremely realistic ‘false windows’, thanks to ultra-thin wall decals measuring 60×120 centimeters per single element, which can open the operator and patient to panoramas, gardens and very high resolution photographs of various subjects. The humanizing effect is complemented by aromatherapy devices.

In these rooms, which can be quickly dismantled and installed thanks to the pre-painted metal components, large glass elements prevail, so as to help alleviate the feelings of oppression and cluastrophobia typically induced in pediatric patients and many adults undergoing diagnostic investigations. These chambers can be shipped and assembled in less than a week practically anywhere and also constitute an economical solution to the problem of humanizing MRI exam rooms.
